The works, which have never been seen in the U.S., are currently on view as part of the reinstallation of the Parrish Permanent Collection. Whiman teaches a course entitled “The Bible As Literature” at John Jermain Memorial Library in Sag  Harbor, to examine selected sections of the Pentateuch (the first five books of the Hebrew Bible/Old Testament) from an exclusively literary perspective (not faith based) of content, style, narrative technique, and intent.

Friday nights are made possible, in part, by Presenting Sponsor, Bank of America. Additional support provided by The Corcoran Group and Sandy and Stephen Perlbinder.
